About GoatandHen

GoatandHen started with two goats, a handful of hens, and a belief that the best food comes from farms that treat their animals with respect. What began as a hobby for our family quickly grew into a passion — and then into a calling.

Today, we raise a small herd of Fresian goats alongside a friendly flock of free-range hens on our ten-acre farm. Every animal has a name, plenty of room to roam, and a diet we'd feed our own family. No shortcuts, no factory farming — just old-fashioned care.

We practice sustainable, regenerative farming methods that nurture the land as much as the animals. Rotational grazing keeps our pastures healthy, our goats well-fed, and our soil rich. It's a slower, more deliberate way to farm — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
